Cabrales & Mushroom Crostini

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and toast the baguette slices until crisp and lightly golden.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add mushrooms and cook until soft and golden (approximately 5–7 minutes), seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in the crumbled Cabrales so it begins to melt, and mix in chopped parsley.
  4. Spoon the warm mushroom mixture onto each toasted slice and serve immediately.
