- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and toast the baguette slices until crisp and lightly golden.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add mushrooms and cook until soft and golden (approximately 5–7 minutes), seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat, stir in the crumbled Cabrales so it begins to melt, and mix in chopped parsley.
- Spoon the warm mushroom mixture onto each toasted slice and serve immediately.
